Our soon to be Home Sweet Home...

After much discussion, Matt and I decided to buy a house we looked at the first time we went to Crowell. We were in Crowell for the past two days making a deal on the house, having the lawyer write up a contract, having the house appraised, and dealing with the bank. There is not much to choose from there. We decided on a house that is a major fixer upper. Nothing we can't handle. The house is smaller than the house we have now, but that is fine with me (Brylee won't have as much to get into). This house is located just outside of town on a big lot. It has nice brick houses surrounding it. We are going to need to put a new roof on it and fix the ceiling in one room before we do anything else to it. It is going to be a fun filled adventure for Matt, Brylee, and I. The people of the town are really nice and doing there best to help us out as much as they can. Once we get there and start fixing the house up I will post pictures so you can see how we transform this house. When you see the pictures below keep in mind that it is a fixer upper and needs some TLC. We got a really really good deal on this house. I bet we payed less for the house then what you bought one car for. I am so proud of Matt and what he has done with his career. This is another milestone in our life and I am excited to see what the future has in store for us.
