Is it spring yet?

For the past two days Brylee and I have been spending hours outside waiting for Matt to come home. We play for awhile, then I go rock on the front porch and think. Yesterday I glanced over at my flower pots and starting thinking about spring. I am not in a hurry for spring to come because my baby girl will be turning TWO. On the other hand, I am tired of this cold weather. My plans for spring is to plant some cute plants (that is hard to kill. HA!), set up my hammock, and we have been thinking about planting a garden. Since I have such a big kitchen now, it makes cooking a lot of fun! I would love to make pickled okra, pickled green beans, and fresh veggies. If I could get a hold of Bill Millers onion recipe I think that would be AWESOME! As I am typing this I remember yesterday rocking in the rocker hearing Brylee play, the woodpecker pecking, the wind blowing, and the sun rays sending me Gods love. Is it spring yet?!
