1 cup white chocolate morsels
1 cup heavy cream
4 cups half & half
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
melt white chocolate & heavy cream together until chocolate is melted
add half & half and vanilla heat until warm
garnish with whipping cream, white chocolate morsels, and mint if you like
